Conjuin(s) End User Licence Agreement

This is a contract. By indicating your acceptance below, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you want the Provider's permission to use the Software other than as permitted in this Agreement, please contact the Provider. The author and provider of Conjuin (SHIRAISHI Tatsuto, "Provider") grants to you a non-exclusive license to use Conjuin(s) ("Software"), provided that you agree to the following.

1. Use of the Softwares

1.1 You may--

(a) use the Software by following the link above on this page.

(b) (This condition only applies to the Applet version) download the necessary files from tatsuto.com, and use the Software on your local computers. Provided that you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, the number of machines on which you use the Software simultaneously is unlimited.

1.2 You may not --(These conditions are applied only to the Applet version) --

(a) extract or modify the java archive file of the Software which you have downloaded from tatsuto.com;

(b) decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer .class files contained in the java archive file; or

(c) redistribute any files of the Software which you have downloaded from tatsuto.com entirely or partially.

2. Provider's Rights

2.1 The Provider reserves--

(a) all rights on the Softwares. This Agreement does not gives you any other rights than the right to use the Softwares.

(b) the right to approve or disapprove the use of the Softwares to ensure that it complies with these terms and conditions.

(c) the right, at any time and without cause, to modify these terms and conditions and to withdraw any permission granted under this Agreement to use the Softwares. Modification shall be applied immediately from the date of the modification below on this page.

3. No Warranty

The Provider does not warrant the quality of the Softwares. The Softwares is provided to you free of charge, "as is." You may use the Software at your own risk.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR THE RESULTS OF ANY DEFECTS THAT MAY BE FOUND TO EXIST IN THE SOFTWARES.
